We are excited to introduce our clients to the free educational opportunities presented by TRACS (Training Academy for Community Schemes) in five languages.
 

TRACS is a non-profit educational organisation that specialises in teaching community scheme related courses to property owners, residents, buyers and managers in South Africa. Learners obtain a certificate after completing the course. The course will enable prospective governing body members to better understand the legislative parameters governing the industry and therefore encourage better governance and understanding of the rights and responsibilities within the communal housing environment.
