An exciting career opportunity is available at The Bellbuoy Group where we are looking to fill the position of Property Portfolio Manager.
We request dynamic individuals who are both people and administratively orientated to apply. The applicant must be administratively strong with good IT skills to apply their knowledge to various situations and act without being prompted.
Preference will be given to individuals with applicable qualifications, and the necessary legislative compliance (eg FFC number). Suitable experienced applicants prepared to undergo comprehensive training will be considered.
Dealing with owners and residents can be challenging, therefore it is important that individuals are sincere. That said, well rounded knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge is vital.
Our Property Portfolio Managers are required to have their own transport and attend meetings after hours, so it is important to keep this in mind.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
- Monitor and administer levies, special levies, and municipal charges for Sectional Title and Home Owners’ Associations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements
- Budget preparation
What we are looking for:
- Proven financial administration or bookkeeping experience
- Experience in community housing (Sectional Title / Home Owners’ Associations) an advantage
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, trustees, and stakeholders
