An exciting and challenging career opportunity has presented itself in our Company and the Directors are looking to fill the position of Property Portfolio Manager. The position will be available as from June 2019.

We request dynamic individuals who are both people and administratively orientated to apply. The applicant must be able to learn quickly, be administratively strong with good IT skills in order to apply their knowledge to various situations and act without being prompted. While preference will be given to individuals with applicable qualifications, suitable applicants prepared to undergo comprehensive training will be considered.
Dealing with owners and residents can be challenging, therefore it is important that individuals are sincere and understanding. That said, well rounded knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge is vital. Our Property Portfolio Managers are required to have their own transport and attend meetings after hours so it is important to keep this in mind.
