Property Portfolio Managers


Our Property Portfolio Managers should be experienced and qualified individuals who have an open minded perspective and can apply their knowledge to various situations. Dealing with owners and residents can be challenging as it affects people personally, therefore the company always looks for individuals who are sincere and understanding in these situations. This said, well-rounded knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge is vital and the Directors do consider previous work experience in the industry very important. Our Property Portfolio Managers are required to attend meetings after hours so it is important to keep this in mind when applying for a position at the company. The Directors would give preference to those candidates who have furthered their knowledge of Sectional Title by having done the UCT Sectional Title Course which is accredited by The University of Cape Town, through Paddocks, a specialist training company.

 

 

Financial Administrators


Our Financial Administrators should be individuals who are experienced in financial matters and hold a Certificate or Diploma that is accredited with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Our Financial Administrators are responsible for producing reports on financial matters that are presented to the Governing Body. The schemes financial decisions are based on this information so it is therefore imperative that their quality of work is accurate and up to date. We currently use Pastel Evolution to produce our reports and knowledge of this package is an advantage in our business. Our System Administrators should be individuals who are accurate and who have a high regard for the administrative function. Although not always in the foreground of the business, it is imperative that the administrative staff are of a high quality as they form the backbone of our company. An attention to detail and good overall knowledge of excel, word and general office systems is a “must have” for employees in this position.

 

 

Rental & Sales Agents


Our Rental & Sales Agents should be individuals with a "go getter" attitude who have their clients and the company’s best interests at heart. Service plays a huge part in our industry and therefore it is imperative that our agents offer their clients service of a high calibre. Agents are required to be registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board as well as hold a Level 4 NQF Certificate.

With the criteria laid out above, we always work toward ensuring our staff are well trained and comply with company policies and procedures which make us one of the “Leaders in Property Management”.
