Financial Administrator

I was employed at Bellbuoy on the 03 April 2018 as a Financial Administrator. Prior to this position I worked at an Accounting firm as a Junior Bookkeeper. I look forward to working at Bellbuoy and all the prospects that it holds.


Amy Kleintjies

Financial Administrator

I was employed at The Bellbuoy Group on the 1st of October 2019 as a Financial Administrator. Prior to that, I have gained experienced in various industries. I was looking for something that would challenge me, yet give me me the platform to grow. I am very grateful to Bellbuoy for the opportunity granted, and I’m looking forward to the challenges that lies ahead


Andrea Gericke

Division Head - Financial Administration Department & Internal Compliance Officer

I was employed at Bellbuoy on 9 February 2015 as a Financial Administrator. Prior to this position I worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry while studying and have recently completed my certified Senior Bookkeeper Qualification. In August 2017 I was appointed as the Divisional Head of the Financial Administration Department & Internal Compliance Officer. I am very excited about this opportunity, and cannot wait to see what the future holds.


Anette de Vos


I was employed by the Bellbuoy Group from 2003 to 2011, when I took a brief period of leave, returning in January 2012. I was initially employed as a bookkeeper and then moved into a receptionist position, which I thoroughly enjoy. I believe it is important to give a professional yet friendly service to all who visit Bellbuoy. It is a pleasure to work for the Company and with such great staff.


Belinda Holder

Property Portfolio Manager

I joined the Bellbuoy group June 2019.
I got my basic training in all insurance aspects at Sanlam and worked there for 9 years. I then became a Broker Consultant for Momentum of the First Rand Group and remained there for 6 years.  I then owned my own company for 7 years. I moved to PE 2 years ago from East London and and ran the Regional Administration for a security company until my employment at Bellbuoy.  I look forward to my development as a Portfolio Manager.


Charmaine Mann

General Office Administrator

I joined Bellbuoy on the 16 July 2019. Prior to that I was in the customer interaction Centre. Dealing with customer queries and concerns. After working for  5 years in the Automotive Industry, I was given an opportunity to become a General Office Administration assistant.
After completing a Pastel and a managing by numbers course I knew this would be the perfect opportunity for me to further my experience
and knowledge. I cannot wait to see what the future holds with Bellbuoy.


Cheryl du Sart

Financial Administrator (Rentals & Sales Division)

I started at Bellbuoy on the 25th of October 2010. I started as a bookkeeper in the property management division. It was also my responsibility to undertake all the accounting functions for the schemes in my portfolio. In October 2014 I moved to the Rental Department as the Financial Administrator in the rental department. In January 2017 I am continuing with my role as Financial Administrator in the rental department, but also doing bookkeeping in our Business Accounting Services Department. I am proud to be part of Bellbuoy and look forward to working with all the people here for many more years.


Cheryl Webber

Business & Financial Administrator

I joined The Bellbuoy Group in January 1999 as a bookkeeper and worked my way up to become the Financial Manager of the Administrative & Financial Division, as well as the Public Officer for Bellbuoy.  I have also completed the Sectional Title Bookkeeping Course through Paddocks.  I currently hold the title of Business & Financial Administrator.


Clariska de Lange

Financial Administrator

I was appointed at Bellbuoy as a financial administrator in October 2017. Prior to joining Bellbuoy I worked in the manufacturing industry for 4 years. I am new to this position and look forward to the challenges that
lie ahead.


Debra Kruger

Financial Administrator

I was appointed at Bellbouy on 1 October 2019 as a financial administrator.  Prior to joining Bellbouy my work experience includes the Hospitality, Engineering and Transport sectors.  With this new position I am excited and proud to be part of the Bellbouy Group; and look forward to the road ahead.


Ethel von Schoultz

Property Portfolio Manager

In October 1997 I joined Bellbuoy as a bookkeeper after having worked in the banking industry for 10 years since leaving school, and having spent a number of years assisting my husband in running our own businesses. I became a Property Portfolio Manager in 2006 and obtained my certificate in Sectional Title Management through UCT in 2007. I enjoy working with people and strive to give my best to everyone that I deal with.


Fadilla Yon

Financial Administrator

After working as a bookkeeper for 21 years in the construction industry, I stayed home for 2 years and then took a temporary position with Broll Property Group before starting at Bellbuoy on the 27th of January 2014 as a financial administrator. I am proud to be part of the Bellbuoy Group and look forward to a bright future.


Glenda de Villiers

Financial Administrator (Rental & Sales Division)

I joined The Bellbuoy Group in February 2013 as a Financial Administrator. I enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the property industry and after working in the legal industry for a few years, I am very excited to have been given this opportunity to return.


Glenda Scott

Systems Administrator - Insurance

I joined the Bellbuoy Group in May 2012 on a temporary assignment and finally took a permanent position as Managerial Assistant in the Client Systems and Financial Administration division. My background is varied and I have been part of the banking industry, medical administration management, property development, IT and telecommunications (cellular) industries. In early March 2017 I took over the position of the Systems Administrator in the Insurance Division. With the skills and the experience gained I look forward to playing a proactive role within The Bellbuoy Group.


Hennie Marais

Property Portfolio Manager

I joined the Bellbuoy Group in July 2016 as a Property Portfolio Manager. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science at the University of Port Elizabeth (NMMU) in 2000, I worked in the Micro Finance Industry for 12 years as manager then as owner. In between, I was a General Manager at a Petrol Station for 4 years as well. These positions held enabled me to gain valuable experience and develop my commercial skills in a diverse and all-round capacity. I enjoy working with people and strive to give my best at all times. I am excited about this opportunity, as I am new to the property management profession, I am looking forward to what the future holds.


Hayden Cockcroft

Property Portfolio Manager

After starting my career in the banking industry, where I worked for 9 years, I entered the property management profession where I worked as a portfolio manager specializing in commercial properties for 10 years. I joined Bellbuoy in May 2015 to continue my career as a portfolio manager in sectional title and look forward to my new role within the property industry. I successfully completed the UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with Paddocks in June 2016.


Jason Walas

Operational & Financial Manager

Before joining The Bellbuoy Group in November 2012, I spent 8 years working for a Housing Association in the UK. Working in the Leasehold Department, my role involved ensuring all policies and procedures were in line with the various Housing Acts and Best Practice Guidelines. This position gave me an insight into every aspect of Housing and Property Management from Budgeting for Schemes to the IT Systems used for Housing Management.


Jonathan Robinson

Property Portfolio Manager

I joined The Bellbouy Group in September 2018 and look forward to an exciting career in Property Management. Before coming to work for Bellbouy I ran my own online business for 12 years selling seeds and gardening related products. I took great pride in offering excellent service to all my customers in my own business and shall strive to offer this same great service to all the properties assigned to me to manage.


Juanita Pugh

Property Portfolio Manager

I had the privilege of joining The Bellbuoy Group in May 2015. I have vast experience in the logistical and administrative field and was the Operational Manager for a large furniture concern in Johannesburg for 14 years. My mission statement is to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to all owners and trustees. My work ethic is influenced by the motto of “Facta non Verba” – “Deeds not Words” to get the job done efficiently. I successfully completed the UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with Paddocks in June 2016.


Julie Craig

Procedural and Operational Manager

I moved to London in 2006 where I worked for a top Estate Agent. I gained experience in all aspects of the property industry, from Property Management and accounts to Property Finance. In 2009 I obtained my CeMAP qualification and became a Mortgage Broker. I have since moved back to South Africa and started with The Bellbuoy Group in April 2013. and successfully completed the UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with Paddocks in Cape Town in May 2014.


Karen Schepers

Senior Portfolio Manager

I joined the Bellbuoy Group in February 2015. Prior to joining Bellbuoy I ran a domestic cleaning business for twelve years. I also worked as an estate agent for two years and was involved in IT for sixteen years as a programmer. I successfully completed the UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with Paddocks in November 2015.


Keshia Rademeyer

Financial Administrator

I was appointed at Bellbuoy on 15 July 2019 as a financial administrator. Prior to joining Bellbuoy I worked at Port Elizabeth College as an examination assistant, whilst studying towards my Btech  in Internal Auditing. I obtained this qualification in December 2017. I am proud to be part of the Bellbuoy Group and look forward to the future ahead.


Lianda Momberg

Division Head & Compliance Officer - Systems Administrators

I joined The Bellbuoy Group in January 2009 as a bookkeeper.   In May 2009 I was given the opportunity to work in the insurance administration division until January 2012, when I joined the Property Transfers and Payroll division.  I have recently been promoted to the Head of Systems Administration Department & Internal Compliance Officer. I strive to provide a professional service to all our clients in all aspects of my job.


Liezel van Tonder

Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE)

I joined The Bellbuoy Group in March 2006 and have completed my NQF 4 qualifications and have passed my Professional Designation Exam (PDE) in November 2013. I am passionate about people and property and believe in treating my clients the way I would like to be treated. I manage a large and successful rental portfolio, while simultaneously handling property sales. I take my pledge to "find the correct property to suit all my buyers' needs" seriously and work well with local property agencies.


Mariska Keyter

Financial Administrator

I was employed at  Bellbuoy on 1 October 2019.
Prior to working at Bellbuoy I worked in the property management field as an assistant in the financial division, as well as being the office all-rounder. I left because I wanted to grow into something more, grow into a roll I am able to enjoy. My background experience within the Property Industry is about over 10years and still loving it.  I am looking forward to working for Bellbuoy, meeting the team and all the challenges that comes with it.


Michelle Mould

Rental & Sales Agent

I started with the Bellbuoy Group in November 2016 as a Rental and Sales Agent. I have 8 years’ experience in the property industry as a Sales Agent and have completed my NQF 4. I look forward to achieving success in rentals as this is a new and very exciting addition to my career. Prior to this, I was employed with Philips SA and travelled extensively in the Western Cape to assist clients with their PABX systems. I have recently successfully completed a Certifiied Contracts Manager (Leases residential and commercial) course.


Mark Scherer

Business Development and Operational Manager

I left South Africa in 2001 to travel and "see the world", after completing my Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I returned to Port Elizabeth in February 2010 and started working for The Bellbuoy Group in December 2010. I previously worked in housing in the UK where I was initially the manager of a high support night shelter for homeless adults before working as a Tenancy Management Co-ordinator in the social housing sector. While employed at Bellbuoy I have completed the UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with Paddock's and continue to grow in my knowledge of the industry and the various aspects of property management.


Nomsa Jamela


Since July 2005 I have been providing a comfortable work environment for all my colleagues by keeping their surrounds clean and satisfying them with their daily tea and coffee requirements.


Richard Lamprecht

Senior Portfolio Manager

My career path began in the banking industry where I worked for 4 years before deciding that I needed to broaden my horizons. I subsequently moved to London, UK where I worked as a financial administrator. This gave me great insight into business management on an international level and I commenced studies in the field at Fulham & Chelsea College in the UK. On returning to SA I became involved in project management during the course of which I discovered a passion for estate management and endeavoured to become qualified in the industry. I was privileged enough to be employed by Bellbuoy in April 2013 as a Portfolio Manager after having worked as the same in a few companies previously. I consider Bellbuoy to be the leader in the industry and look forward to sharing my vision and expertise with you.

I started my career at Bellbuoy on 1 September 2005 as a Financial Administrator.  Previously I was employed as a bookkeeper  in the retail industry and Telkom.  My passion is to work with figures and attention to detail.  Currently I am the senior financial administrator of our department


Sharee Dixon

Property Portfolio Manager

My career started in Administration for an insurance broker in 2009. I decided I needed more of a challenge and joined a Car Rental company,
where I worked my way up from a junior customer service agent to the Claims administrator. I then joined the Bellbuoy team in August 2019.
I am very excited about this opportunity which Bellbuoy has given me and look forward to the new challenge that lies ahead.

I joined the Bellbuoy group on the 20th of May 2019 as a financial administrator . I was previously employed as a consultant at Bidvest Bank.  I am grateful for the opportunity to work at Bellbuoy.

I was appointed at Bellbuoy as a financial administrator in April 2018. Prior to joining Bellbuoy I worked as a bookkeeper for a corporate clothing manufacturer. I am very excited about this opportunity Bellbuoy has given me and look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.  


Tishana Calder

Financial Administrator

I have been undertaking contract work for The Bellbuoy Group since December 2011, which provided me with valuable knowledge of the various departments. In March 2015 I was appointed as a Rental Administration Assistant on a permanent basis, ably assisted by the background and knowledge obtained over the 4 years with Bellbuoy. In January 2017 I took up a position as Financial Administrator.  I look forward to being part of the Bellbuoy team and the challenges that lie ahead.

I worked for Maurice Miltz Attorneys before I joined Bellbuoy in November 2006 as an Administration Clerk. I perform general administrative duties.

Marketing and Compliance Manager

I joined The Bellbuoy Group in 2009, working in various divisions while finishing my Masters in English and simultaneously completing UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with Paddock's. Property management is a diverse and exciting field, and I am proud to be part of a team that can confidently claim that they are Leaders in Property Management.


Yolisa Zondani

Rentals Assistant

I joined The Bellbuoy Group late January 2017. I had just completed my NDip Internal Auditing through NMMU and with little knowledge of the industry when I was appointed as the Rentals Assistant. With the constant support of my colleagues, within and beyond the Rentals department, and with time I have grown to have a better understanding of the industry and the execution of my duties.  For my curious mind, there’s always an opportunity to learn and improve.
