The Body Corporate and elected Trustee members who represents our Complex, Paul’s Estate, Nerina Ave., Lorraine, has been affiliated with the Bellbuoy Group for many years. We have since the very beginning appreciated the much-needed support in our efforts to strive for the best, i.e. to take successful decisions and manage the complex to the best of our ability. This could not have been done without professional support, and we were therefore fortunate to have had the assistance of Bellbuoy with regards to difficult, and in some cases unpleasant incidents and matters. These matters were resolved with their expertise in an amicable way and reflects the proof of the extensive knowledge Bellbuoy offers their clients. No question is too simple to answer and complex situations are dealt with professionally. Most importantly their transparency when it comes to finance is very apparent. I have been a Trustee of Greenacres Village 14 the last 7 years and have only dealt with Bellbuoy as the Managing Agent. Their support and advice over all the years has always been of a consistently high standard and the online reporting system that they introduced last year has made life so much easier for us as Trustees, as well as for owners. I think the fees they charge are very fair for what is provided. I must also add that the support we get from our dedicated Portfolio Administrator, Tanya, definitely compliments the overall offering of Bellbuoy

Perusing the Bellbuoy website, it is very easy to navigate through and the respective landing pages have all the necessary descriptions and details to respond to queries that Trustees may have.The WeConnectU has been exceptionally helpful in providing a snapshot of the ‘health status’ of a scheme and also provides a very simple and seamless process to approve necessary payments etc. and provide the history / trends at the click of a button. The reports generated are also very useful indeed.As the Chairperson of the Chestnut Villa HOA, I will continue recommending that Bellbuoy serve as our property management agents.

I have worked with Bellbuoy for the past seven years initially as Chairman of our Body Corp for the first two years and subsequently as a trustee. I have found Bellbuoy to be professional in every sense of the word from the management of our accounting processes, meetings and guidance in navigating the often complicated terrain of Sectional Title and the Acts that govern it. I am the chairperson of a body corporate as well as a director of an Association, both being administered by the Bellbuoy Group as managing agents.Bellbuoy is staffed by highly professional and knowledgeable individuals that goes the extra mile to provide clients with exceptional service and sound advice. San Paulo body corporate has been a client of Bellbuoy since 1997, with my own personal experience extending from 2005, where I have had the good fortune to work with Greer Moore-Barnes, a founding director of the company, and her daughter Shannon Moore-Barnes, a current co-director of Bellbuoy.Our complex is in exceptionally good hands with Bellbuoy at our helm, and our current portfolio manager, Mark Scherer has assisted us through many tough situations of late, from a CSOS dispute with an owner, the legalities of sectional title schemes, liaising with the local municipality on our behalf, communication with suppliers and owners, all our financial obligations, insurance quotes and claims, the list goes on and on.Quite frankly, I don’t know what we would do without a competent managing agent like Bellbouy who keep us up to date with new legislation and developments, and do invaluable work in the background to keep San Paulo running efficiently and ethically, with endless advice and support for the trustees. I believe anyone who is prepared to manage a community scheme without the assistance of a managing agent is either extremely brave or very stupid.
