We are excited to announce that the TRACS (Training Academy for Community Schemes) Back2Basics – Protect your property investment roadshow will be visiting Gqeberha on 26 August 2023 and The Bellbuoy Group has partnered with TRACS to bring this event to the Eastern Cape.
Join us for an energising morning, delicious refreshments and insightful presentations by sectional title scheme professionals. You will have the opportunity to learn all you need to know about ownership, rental or managing a community scheme and you can also expect to hear about several other challenges being faced by owners in a community scheme in South Africa and how to navigate around them.
