An interesting judgement with regard to an owner running an Air BnB at their unit and a Body Corporate who applied to the Court to request that the owner be stopped. The judgement essentially upheld the Body Corporate's request.

We have just received this and are perusing the contents, but felt that it was valuable to make everyone aware of this position.
